Saturday - Rather than flight - fight?
In matters of ethics and morality, perhaps you have to fight. Get your facts together (what happened when, where and how), and make a appeal to your boss for understanding and change. Perhaps take the facts to human resources or your boss's boss and seek relief. There is risk of being fired, getting bad references and worse, so consider outside counsel, including legal.

Sunday - Pressure to quit?
"Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything." James 1:1-4

If any of you lacks wisdom...
...he should ask God.
